the Cadboro Bay Scout Hall for Non-Scout Activities
- There are times when
the scout hall is not used for scout purposes. It may be available for
rental during these times.
- Those renting the
hall must meet the requirements of Scouts Canada Properties.
Groups wishing
to rent will need to provide us with:
- “Scouts Canada Camp Rental
Questionnaire”
- “Scouts Canada
Organizational Hold-Harmless And Indemnity Agreement”
- “Scouts Canada Rules And Regulations For Renters – Cadboro Bay Scout Hall, Victoria BC”
- “Rental Agreement – Cadboro Bay Scout Hall”

- Certificate of
Insurance in the amount of $2m (must provide copy from your
Insurance provider)
- Once you have decided that
you can provide us with the required paperwork, please
contact Peter Willis Email
- Once all the paperwork is complete and submitted to Peter it must be submitted by him to Vancouver for approval from BC/Yukon Scouts Canada office and then Ottawa for Scouts Canada approval. They request that all paperwork is submitted AT LEAST two weeks in advance of any event. Once they have given approval we can then rent the hall to you.
